Ms. Scarpati is an educational leader with strong experience in teaching young students, leading curriculum development, and instructional practices; she shares the district's vision to support outstanding teaching and learning opportunities with our students
Ms. Scarpati successfully taught first grade students for ten years and has four years of experience as an elementary school administrator. She attended University of New Hampshire for her undergraduate studies in Spanish, Queens College NYC for Elementary Education, Simmons College in Boston for Urban Leadership and New England College for Principal Certification

Please welcome Erin Cayer as the new Assistant Principal at Mill Brook School. Erin holds a Masters in Instructional Leadership from Granite State College, a Bachelors in Social Science with concentrations in History and Geography, and completed a Principal Internship Program through Upper Valley Educator Institute
Ms. Cayer’s graduate thesis, research and focus was on improving student learning and achievement by addressing teacher retention rates through supportive and meaningful mentorship. She joined the Concord School District in 2019 as the Out of District Coordinator and strived to build strong partnerships with parents and families, working to engage students in their IEP development and educate families, community agencies, and other area supports on the Special Education process
Prior to joining the team at Concord School District, Erin served as Special Education Teacher and Department Chair for Winnisquam Regional High School for 4 years.
Additional experiences include special education paraprofessional, tutor, and early childhood teacher
Erin’s passion in education includes Special Education law and Educational Leadership. She lives in the lakes region with her husband and two children.
