Ms. Scarpati successfully taught first grade students for 11 years and has four years of experience as an elementary school administrator. She attended University of New Hampshire for her undergraduate studies in Spanish, Queens College NYC for Elementary Education, Simmons College in Boston for Urban Leadership and New England College for Principal Certification
